Learn Tunisian Crochet Workshop

Learn tunisian crochet and open up a whole new world of crochet stitches, with this online workshop with Lynda.

The workshop will be conducted via zoom.

Maximum of 10 per session

In this months’ workshop we will learn a new tunisian stitch each week to create a sampler scarf. or make tunisian squares to join together into a cushion.

Week 1 – Introduction to the tunisian needles and stitches, learn the tunisian simple stitch, with technqiues for keeping the ends neat and finishing off.

Week 2 – Begin the sampler scarf and learn the tunisian knit stitch  (or make new squares)

Week 3 – Continue the sampler scarf and learn lacy shells stitch (or make new squares)

Week 4 – Continue the sampler scarf and learn the tunisian double stitch (or make new squares)

Week 5 – Continue the sampler scarf and learn the alternating cross stitch (or make new squares)

Online workshops will be 2 hours each and you can choose from:

Tuesday evenings -6pm – 8pm

Tursday morningss – 9.30am – 11.30am.

A kit can also be purchased – includes 1 ball of fiddlesticks superb 8 and an appropriate tunisian hook. Colour will be a light/mid colour – not dark.  Price includes express post – please allow a week. If you have a specific preference in colour, please note this  in the comments.
